FAQ!

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer! We’ve had loads of questions over the past few weeks! It’s great to see so many people interested in what we’re doing, and how we’re improving i am learning, and it’s great to have so much feedback and suggestions. Keep them coming guys!

We try to respond to all comments if we can, but sometimes some get missed, especially if it’s a question that’s already been answered, so here’s a quick list of our most frequently asked questions!

When are the new Iamable items coming?

– The new items will be released alongside the shop, which will be in time for the new September term! There are literally HUNDREDS of new items, ranging from T-Shirts, jackets and shoes to superheroes, clowns and more!

How much will the new items cost?

– The items in the shop will be all different prices. You will use your IAL Credits earned from doing well in quizzes to buy things. The prices range from just 1 credit, to some items that are worth OVER 9000!

Can we have a system where we can message other IAL users and our friends?

– No. Absolutely not. This will never be a part of our system. It would be impossible for us to keep an eye on the messages sent, and could end up in bullying and harassment etc. We also feel that it would be a distraction. There are plenty of ways to contact friends and classmates, we do not feel I am Learning is an appropriate way to do this.

Are the Multiplayer/Coming Soon games EVER going to arrive?

– Yes! Yes they are. We aim to get all the coming soon games done for September, along with a starter pack of exciting multiplayer games! We know they’ve been coming for a long time, and we really hope you’ll think they are worth the wait!

Can we have cartoon/film outfits for our Iamables?
– This is a tricky one. We can’t directly copy things Pokemon or The Avengers, as these are copyrighted. This means that we would get into a lot of trouble if we did. We can however try to make outfits that look similar to these things.

Can we have football kits?
Football kits WILL be in the system in September, and they will be all different colours and styles (Stripes, hoops etc) but will not feature club logos etc. This is also because they are under copyright law.
