Football Festival in Full Flight!

Five days in and the Football Festival is storming along! We’ve got students from all over the world competing to be both the best Player and the most avid Supporter!

If you’ve been logging in every day then this morning you’ll have unlocked your sixth avatar football shirt, the Argentina strip. Who’s got them all? (I’ve missed one day so far, gutted).

Free-boot Friday!

You may have seen a bunch of new changes to IAL/Play over the past week or so. A few new games, updates to old games, over 50 new achievements and plenty of minor changes. One of the biggest additions is the Multiplayer game mode, but there’ll be a separate post about that next week.

For now, we’re going to take a look at the reboots to some of our older games: Chain of Fools, I am Loaded and Higher or Lower.  These games were starting to look a little… tired. Well now they’ve had a fresh lick of paint, added achievements and mobile functionality and even new hosts! If you’ve not noticed the changes, now’s the perfect time to play them, as they are currently free!

To celebrate the release of these reboots, we’ve even added a few new outfits for your avatar. Now you can dress as a gameshow host yourself, or stay casual with a Higher or Lower style T-shirt! Just enter the code 25118 to get them all!

Back to School! New items and games!

We hope everyone has had a great start to the New Year! Our New Year’s Resolution is more games, more codes and more new features, and we think you’re gonna like them!

First off, the shop has been updated with some new ‘Back-to-School’ items. A new smart shirt and blazer, sew trousers and skirts, as well as a handy notepad and pencil accessory means you’ll be super-prepared for the new term! These are available in the shop now!

On top of that, we’ve also changed the free games rotation. IAL Cricket, Custard Pie the Teacher, Fruit PUNCH, Space Bream and Linty’s Odyssey will be playable for free this week, so check them out now!

Free Games Rotation and a new Unlock Code

Free stuff Fridays are back! Kind of… Due to a minor technical hiccup, it’s free stuff Monday this time! To kick things off, we have our first user-requested code!

Once again it’s gone all spooky in the world! Monsters, goblins, ghouls, zombies and more! We’ve had plenty of spooky costumes for the Avatar release in the past. Our personal favourite is these creations from last year:

The Third Legendary Unlock

Well, we did it! At the last possible minute (more or less). We managed to get 12 players to Brazil, which means we’ve got a full squad over there, ready for the first game of the World Cup! A promise is a promise, so here it is. The first FREE PET we’ve ever released in I am Learning. The Legendary Footy Fiesta Armadillo!


The armadillo sleeps for 16 – 18 hours a day, but you’ll have no time for sleep! Not with all the pet games you should be playing! You’ll have to keep this ‘little armoured one’ happy if you want to win prizes such as credits and rosettes!

Second Legendary Footy Fiesta Unlock

Congratulations everyone. Due to everyone’s hard work, we’ve managed to get our planes back to the UK, ready for their most important journey yet. So, as promised, here is the second Legendary Item Unlock.

The Solid Gold Football is the most impractical football ever made. Weighing more than any human could ever kick (without breaking their foot), it’s also worth over 9000 credits! There’s only one unlock code left, but it’ll be a real challenge to get it. We need to get at least 12 players to Brazil by the end of today (Monday June 9th).

Remember: These unlock codes will only be released if we manage to achieve the targets before Tuesday, June 10th. If we don’t get 11/12 members to Brazil, we’ll never release the next unlock, which is a FREE PET CODE!
