Halloween Unlock codes and items!

It’s almost Halloween! To celebrate, we’ve added 16 new items to the IAL shop! Combined with our old Halloween outfits, there’s thousands of combinations to try! Here’s a list of whats new, and, for those who missed them, our old Halloween unlock codes!

  • 5 new hats: Creep, robot, crooked hat, large and small bows

Christmas Card Competition!

Have you ever thought of yourself as a bit of an artist? Do you like the idea of your artwork being displayed in over a thousand schools around the country? Are you already excited for the festive season? If so, then you should definitely take part in the I am Learning Christmas Card competition.

All you need to do is come up with a festive design and send it to us. It can be drawn by hand, or done on the computer.

There are a few rules though!

  1. The artwork MUST BE YOUR OWN! Pictures copied and pasted from the internet will not count!
  2. Your work must feature the I am Learning logo.
  3. Your picture should relate to I am Learning in some way. Be it the games, the quizzes or the Iamable, it’s up to you!
  4. You must upload your image no later than 16th November 2012. Entries after this date will not be counted.
  5. Be original! Last year we had thousands of entries. Make sure yours stands out from the crowd.

You can upload your work by clicking on the link in your I am Learning room, right at the top, next to the ‘Support’ button! Remember, the closing date is 16thNovember 2012 . Good luck!

PARTY TIME!

Today is a very special day. Why? This very blog is celebrating its first birthday! We’ve had an amazing year! We’ve got nearly 1000 comments over 86 posts, and nearly a quarter of a million people having visited! We want to thank everyone who visits this page, without you, we’d have no blog, and that would mean no new unlock codes, no new Iamable parts and no ideas for new games, so thanks!

Check out the Hats, Accessories and Mouth category for the new items!

 To help us celebrate, we’ve added a whole bunch of party gear into the IAL shop! Best of all, they’re on sale! You can pick up a party hat for just 10 credits, whilst a balloon is only 25 credits. However, you may want to save up for our second legendary item: THE SOLID GOLD PARTY HAT (RRP: 50,000 credits).

National Space Week!

Yes, we may be a little late in our celebration of National Space Week, but we thought we should do something fun for it anyway! If you haven’t already seen the new page background, take a look now! If you haven’t already unlocked the Robot and Spacesuit outfits, they’ve been given to people who have beaten the Quick Quests: Outer Space game. However, in celebration, we’ve decided to make them available to everyone!

Rain, rain, go away!

We hope none of you are too miserable due to the awful weather we’re having up and down the country! Make sure you don’t let your Iamable get caught out in the rain with our new range of items available in the shop! We’ve added raincoats, umbrellas and even a group of clouds above your Iamable’s head!

They’re all available in the shop now! We’ve also added our first ‘Legendary Item’, the golden, ceremonial sword! Don’t worry, it’s blunt, so you won’t hurt anyone with it, it just looks real fancy! You best get saving though, as it costs 99,999 credits!
